Frequently Asked Questions
Bootcamps
There are two type of bootcamp sessions to choose from. BTF Bootcamp and Weekend Warrior!
BTF Bootcamp is a high-intensity bootcamp-style class that focuses on strength-training and fat loss. These sessions really get the metabolism cranking for maximum fat loss and core training.
Weekend Warrior are challenging workouts designed to add an EXTRA push to your week. Unlike the BTF bootcamps which progress throughout the week, Weekend Warrior are based on a new challenge each week chosen by the personal training team.
Fitness Fundamentals
If you are new to exercise, returning from a long absence or just need a more gradual start to your program Fitness Fundamentals is your best bet. Our coaches deliver a program that is perfect to get your body ready for the next level while avoiding injuries.
Zumba

Turbo Kick Boxing
Just added to our schedule is Turbo Kick Boxing! You will sweat your way through this high energy kick boxing session. TBK is offered Wednesday nights at 7pm.
Most Recommended: Start with the Fitness Fundamentals: and graduate to BTF Bootcamp
This is the best way to begin your bootcamp experience with us. You start with a lower intensity bootcamp (Fitness Fundamentals) class to ensure you have the mobility and flexibility to get the most out of your bootcamp sessions. Then you graduate to the higher intensity bootcamp class (BTF Bootcamp) for 3 weeks.
Second-Best Recommendation: Do Both Fit Fundamentals and BTF Bootcamp during the same period.
If you are really excited to get started and have fitness experience you can take advantage of the Fundamentals Class and BTF Bootcamp at the same time. You will not over-exercise because Fundamentals is low in intensity and actually focuses on recovery.
Are sessions in door or outdoor?
Most sessions are indoor in our state of the art bootcamp studio at Results, but Weekend Warriors like to take it outside weather permitting!
